ABOUT US
interACT Theatre Productions is a 501(c)(3) non-profit theatre of the community in MapSO, NJ.Created in 2009, by founding Artistic Director Elizabeth Rogers, and under the leadership of current Artistic Director Nicholas J. Clarey since 2012, we are in our sixteenth season of thought provoking entertaining plays and musicals, performed primarily at The Burgdorff Center for The Performing Arts in Maplewood, NJ.
Our mission is to create a community theatre that is both inclusive and accessible to its participants and audiences while maintaining high quality productions. Inclusivity and accessibility is a cornerstone of each and every activity in which we engage. We draw people together from different towns, different backgrounds, different ages, and different experience levels to be part of this exciting endeavor while striving to create as many opportunities as possible for community members to take part in live theater on stage or behind the scenes.Â
